At the end of the Spanish civil war, Fando, a boy of about ten, tries to make sense of war and his father's arrest. His mother is religious, sympathetic to the Fascists; his father is accused of being a Red. Fando discovers that his mother may have aided in his father's arrest. Sometimes we witness Fando imagining explanations for what's going on; sometimes we see him at play, alone or with his friend Thérèse. Oedipal fantasies and a lad's natural curiosity about sex and death mix with his search for his mother's nature and his father's fate. Will Fando survive the search?

USS Seaviper

Direct to DVD movie: The German U-Boat, U-234, from the Port of Kiel is trading cargo with the Japanese. USS Seaviper must locate and stop this dangerous exchange. The Captain of USS Seaviper must go ashore to conduct reconnaissance on an island near Sumatra, but the ship is left in the hands of Mister Cutter, after the Executive Officer is injured in battle. A conflict between Cutter and the Chief of the Boat puts the submarine in jeopardy. Seaviper is trapped below the surface, with decreasing oxygen, and a Japanese destroyer hunting them from above. Damage to the boat also leave her survival in question. They must fight the Japanese destroyer and get the information about U-235 back to Pearl Harbor.

Sharpe's Siege

The Soldier

The hero of the Russian-Ukrainian war has a classic manifestation of post-traumatic syndrome. Uncontrolled emotional manifestations, isolation, hallucinations, no one wants to have anything to do with him. No one needs him: neither the state nor his relatives. To no one, except the manager of the boarding house. The Soldier's case was of particular interest to a government official who suddenly arrived at the boarding house. After all, the boy's visions are not just hallucinations, they are omens and help to find out the fate of other missing soldiers. It turns out that this civil servant has his own pain that he hides. Oddly enough, the life destinies of these different people unexpectedly intersect.

Milton decides to go find Giorgio in the Langhe region of Italy with all its misty hills...But Giorgio has just been arrested by the Fascists.

Invisible Wars

Set in a dystopian Rio de Janeiro, where the urban reality consumes the mental health of those on the periphery. The plot follows a young man who did not choose conflict, but is forced to inhabit it. On screen, the protagonist manifests in simultaneous versions (child and adult), drawing on elements of nature and ancestry to re-enchant a dehumanized world. The visual construction leans into an aesthetic that oscillates between the hyper-realism of urban textures and the metaphorical distortion of a world in collapse, creating an experience that is simultaneously visceral and poetic. Although it visually engages with the urgent themes of our time, the aesthetic of armed conflict functions as a metaphor for the invisible battles each person faces within themselves. The final revelation reframes the entire journey: the war the protagonist moves through does not take place in the outside world, but inside his own mind.
